Use your Username and Password to access the Web Page. Here you can see and check your Scheduled Visits.
If you for any reason you cannot make a Scheduled Visit you have been assigned to work for a given Consumer, ASAP you should immediately call the Office at 314-282-5731 and email us at helpfulhandsinhomecare@outlook.com to let us know you cannot make your Scheduled Visit and your reason(s). We will determine what steps can be made to cover the visit if. Thereafter, immediately
contact the Consumer to them know you will not be able to make it. Find out from the Consumer when a makeup visit(s) or makeup hours can be scheduled and report this information to the Office.
If you are going to be late for a Scheduled Visit you have been assigned to work, you should immediately call the Office at 314-282-5731 and email us at helpfulhandsinhomecare@outlook.com to let us know you will be late to an assigned Scheduled Visit and your reason(s). Thereafter, immediately contact the Consumer to let them know you will be late and when you plan to arrive for your
schedule Visit.
