Please be advised that as a HHA Worker/Attendant you are an employee of Helpful Hands In Home Care, L.L.C. (Helpful Hands), and not the employee of the Consumer/Client you provide caregiving services for.

You are subject to and must follow all the rules, policies and procedures of Helpful Hands and the State of Missouri and are only to perform the caregiving services via the Consumer’s/Client’s Care Plan. Under no circumstances are you to provide transportation for/to the Consumer/Client or their family members as part of your caregiving duties as a HHA caregiver for Helpful Hands or are you to borrow/operate their vehicle to perform errands/task for yourself, the Consumer/Client, or their family member.

If a medical emergency occurs that might require you to have to transport the Consumer/Client to the hospital you must first contact us at 314-282-5731 or email us at helpfulhandsinhomecare@outlook.com to notify us of the situation and to get approval/ directions from us on what you should do in said situation.
